Exersizes

Most people who want to get in shape don't actually enjoy exersizing. So they start an exersize program, then they stop soon after that. They may even do this over and over again.
If you don't like exersizing, then there are two things you might try to keep at it.
1. Find someone to exersize with. The two of you need to keep the other on track. If you're obligated to meet someone to exersize with, then you're more likely to keep it up.
2. If you don't have anyone to exersize with, then you might want to try just exersizing at home instead of joining a health club. Having to go somewhere to you're not motivated to do in the first place can make you even less motivated. You may thing that paying the monthly dues will help motivate you, but it won't for long.
