Exersize Bike

When buying an exersize bike, there are two things you need to keep in mind. Actually three things.

1. Cheaply priced bikes will be cheaply made. So if you buy something cheap, then either it won't last long or you'll get frustrated with it. When you try out different bikes in the store, find one that feels good and solid when you pedal.

2. Find one that feels comfortable when you sit on it. Especially make sure the edge of the seat doesn't press hard on your legs. If it does, then it may become very uncomfortable for 20 minutes or more.

3. Check the internet to see if you can find any reviews of specific models that you're considering buying. There are lots of different makes and models so you may not find anything. But it helps a lot if you can.
