Eliptical Trainer

Eliptical trainers have become a staple cardio machine at health clubs now. If treadmills don't quite do it for you and stair climbers aren't your thing, then an eliptical might be what you need.

Elipticals are no impact because your feet stay in contact with the machine at all times, unlike a treadmill. It won't work your legs as well as stair climber, but you can exercise your legs in different ways. An eliptical can go forward or backward to exercise both the front and back of your legs. And when you crank up the resistance, it can work your legs pretty good.
