Eliptical Machines

If you're going to buy an eliptical trainer, then try out as many as you can find. It's important to find one that's comfortable for you. Many lower priced machines have the foot pedals a little too far apart so your legs are slightly spread as you move. Ideally, you want one where your legs are in a comfortable walking position.
