Water Arobics

Water arobics is a great form of cardiovascular exercise for anyone. You don't even need to be able to swim because your feet are always on the ground.
Water arobics is great exercise because the water helps to create more resistance to your movements. So the movements take more effort than arobics out of the water.
It's fantastic for people who experience pain from other cardiovascular workouts. This may be because of joint problems or just old age. Water arobics is extremely low impact because the water helps to support you, so it's perfect for anyone who has trouble with other forms of cardio exercise.
