Abdominal Excercises

Despite the fact that you can do sit ups and crunches for free to build great abs, there are also a range of machines and gadgets you can buy to work your abs. And plenty of people buy them. Each may work your abs in a slightly different way, and a few may even work better than sit ups and crunches, but most probably won't.

The cheapest thing you can buy to work your abs is a simple ab wheel. It's just a small wheel with handles on each side. You hold the wheel and roll forward and backward. This will not only work your abs, but it will also do some work on your back muscles. You should be able to get one for $10 or less.
