Butt Excercises

There some simple things you can do to tone your butt. And it's always best to start simple.
Here's a real easy one. If you sit in a chair at your job everyday, then two or three during the day just clench your butt muscles. Hold it for a few seconds and then release. Do that for a couple of minutes each time and that can get you started on your way to a better butt.
Climbing stairs can also work your butt, but a lot of people don't want to climb stairs (or don't have any stairs to climb). In that case, just buy an aerobics step and use that. Step up and step down over and over.
