Back Strengthening Excercises

Depending on what part of your back you want to strengthen, you'll need different excercises. Some are easy to do without any weights, but others aren't so much.
For your lower back, you can just lay on your stomach, clench your hands behind your head, raise your head up and hold it for a second or two. It's kind of like a reverse sit up.
Speaking of sit ups, they can not only strengthen your abs, but also your back, mostly your middle and lower back. But the work on your back is less than on your abs.
An ab wheel can also be a good workout for your back as well as your abs. And an ab wheel is pretty cheap to buy.
