Vini Yoga

Vini Yoga is one of the more relaxed types of yoga. It's more about breathing and controlling your breath than about physical exercise. The postures used in vini yoga can even be varied to fit the student. Vini yoga is best for someone looking for relaxation and meditation, but not so much for physical exercise, although you will get benefits from stretching.
