Lower Back Exersizes

Lower back problems are remarkably common, even for young adults. In many cases, if you strengthen your lower back, then you'll decrease the likelihood that it will go out on you. Here's one simple exercise you can do that only takes a couple of minutes.
Lay on your stomach and clasp your hands behind your head. Raise your head as high as you can while keeping your feet on the floor. Hold your head in that position for a couple seconds and then relax. Repeat that 10 times and rest. You can do that 3 or 4 times a day if you want and as time goes on you'll probably start doing more than 10 repetitions at a time. That's a sign that your back is getting stronger.
