Thaichi

Thaichi is a form of Chinese martial arts that is focused primarily on breathing and control of movement. Movements are typically very slow and precise to improve concentration and perfect the forms. It has a meditative aspect.
Thaichi, while not usually phyically exerting, can be very effective for relieving stress.
