Streching Exercise

Although for most people, exercise is the main course and streching is just an appetizer, streching is very important to include in your exercise routine. And the more vigorously you exercise, the more important stretching becomes.

You need to make sure your muscles are loose when you start exercising or else you may overwork them and injure yourself. Make sure you stretch every muscle you're going to use before exercising, and try to hold each stretch for at least 15 or 20 seconds.

And ideally, you should spend a few minutes streching again after you're done exercising.
