Ab Exersises

Abs are obviously one of the most important parts of the body for people these days because there has been a proliferation of devices that claim to give you better abs. Some of them are cheap, some expensive, some of questionable value, and others that seem pretty exciting. Here are a few of the choices you have.

Ab Wheel. This is the very basic and old fashioned device that consists of nothing but a wheel with a handle sticking out from each side. Real cheap and guess what? It works.

Ab Lounge. This looks like a reclining lawn chair, but despite the name you actually work your abs instead of lounging. It seems to work, and it provides more support for your back while exersising, but it may take more time to get the same effect you'd get from crunches. New it's close to $100.

Ab Roller. This is a big bent metal loop that you fit yourself into and sort of roll around. Not real expensive, but not sure if it work any better than the simple ab wheel.

Ab Sculptor. This is similar to the Ab Roller but looks a little more complex. It's also more expensive. It may not work any better than crunches, but it provides neck and back support. So it might be worth it if your neck or back prevent you from doing traditional ab exersises.
