Lower Back Exercizes

If you have a bad lower back, as many people do as they get into adulthood, then one of the best things you can do is try to keep the muscles in your lower back strong. That will often help prevent injuring it over and over again. Here's one good exercize you can do at home in just a couple minutes.

Lay flat on your stomach on the floor with your arms stretched out beyond your head, so that you are one long line on the floor. Lift your right arm and your left leg (keeping it straight) at the same time. You just need to lift them a little and you'll feel it in your lower back. Hold them up for a second or two, then do your opposite arm and leg. Repeat that 10-20 times per session.
