Exersize Equipment

Exersize equipment has become a major industry and there are new types of equipment introduced all the time.
You can still get good old fashioned free weights, which is what serious muscle builders use. But there are any manner of machines for people who don't want to mess with weights.
For strength training, there's a machine for any muscle you want to work. Some aren't intuitive and you may need some instruction as to how to use them. Some machines still use actual weights while others use another strategy for creating tension. For example, Bowflex uses big rubber bands instead of weights.
For cardiovascular exersizes, most people will use either a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, or stair climber. Which one you use depends more on what movement you prefer than anything else.
