You are so right. My cousin (21) turned me (26) on to this about a year ago. You really do sweat! She was initiated into this by her boyfried, and she inturn got the whole sorrority into it! When she comes home on break, we have competitions. She always kicks my ass, though. It's a lot of fun, especially when you start to memorize the dances.
