Forearm Exersizes

The most basic forearm exersizes can be done simply with a dumbell. Just let your arm hand at your side holding a dumbell, then flex your wrist to lift the dumbell while leaving the rest of your arm hanging. You can turn your arm around and flex your wrist the other way to work the other side of your forearm.
But there are plenty more exersizes if you want massive forearms. I can't say how good the information is, but the link below is to a site that focuses specifically on forearm exersizes.
Make sure you always stretch your forearms before and after working out. It's important to maintain flexibility as you build muscle.
